Mixed herbs seasoning <br />1 tsp. Black pepper powder <br />Oil <br />Leftover Rotis <br /> <br />For Assembling:- <br />Schezwan Sauce <br />Tomato Ketchup <br />Onions, finely chopped <br />Capsicum, finely chopped <br />Tomato deseeded and finely chopped <br />Spring Onion Greens, finely chopped <br />Processed Cheese <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. In a bowl, whisk an egg, salt, mixed herbs seasoning and black pepper powder together. <br />2. In a pan heat oil and pour the beaten egg and spice mixture on it. <br />3. Place the leftover roti on the mixture and roast properly on both sides. <br />4. Take the roti off the pan and apply schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup to it. <br />5.
